Privacy policy

This page explains, plainly, what Awayfan does and does not do with your data.

Who is responsible

Awayfan is run by Tymon Jezionek, NIP 5833564870, Otwarta 38b/11, 80-169 Gdańsk, Poland. This is the data controller under GDPR for any personal data described below. Contact: tymonjezionek.web@gmail.com.

What this site does and does not do

No accounts, no sign-up, and no e-mail field anywhere on the site.
No cookies are set by this site, and nothing is written to your browser's local or session storage.
No analytics and no tracking scripts.
No third-party requests when you load the site: the typefaces are bundled and served by Awayfan itself, not loaded from Google or any other third party at runtime.
The search form on the homepage submits as a simple GET request. The city and match you choose are placed in the page address (for example ?from=…&match=…) and used only to show example trips on that page. Awayfan does not store them itself, but as part of the page address they may appear in our hosting provider's server logs (see below).

Server logs

Like any website, requests to Awayfan pass through our hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs — such as IP address, browser user agent and the requested URL — for running and securing the service. Awayfan does not add any logging or analytics on top of this.

Partner links and cookies

Awayfan does not yet have any outgoing partner (affiliate) links. Once they are added, clicking one will take you to the partner's own site, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Awayfan itself does not set those cookies.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with Poland's supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
